Gawin, the predecessor of Braden, lived almost 18 years. At such a serious age, it was necessary to do the ultrasound examination, a general review of what an old dog is sitting in. We were arranged for 10 am. Arriving in time we had to wait about a quarter of an hour, because the doctor was finishing the examination of another dog.
He apologized for the delay and Gawin was examined.
The next day I had a USG examination of the carotid arteries scheduled at 13:00. At least this was written on the referral registered at the reception.
I came a few minutes before 13:00, and saw a long queue of waiting people but the doctor not arrived as yet. It occured that at 1:00 pm he should start taking patients according to the order of arrival. Nobody informed me earlier about it, but it's hard - you had to wait. I sat at the end of the queue.
The doctor came in half past three and started taking patients. He did not even say good evening or apologize.
I got in front of him at 4:30 PM and was informed that he wouldn't do my USG examination because my beard bothered him and I had to shave and come again. Moreover I was told that he was tired at all and not payed much ...
I waited until he stoped talking and I sad:
- Yesterday I was on an ultrasound examination with a spaniel who had longer hair than my beard and the USG exam was done without any problem. Well ... If you can not, go to the vet for training. I can give you a phone call so that you can make an appointment for training .
He looked at me with anger and contempt, but he did the examination.
I thought that if you fell ill, it is worth getting promoted to a dog.
